If you simply want to use your Earthing/Grounding Pad indoors, it comes complete with the cable to attach into the ground pin in the wall outlet. However, some people also like to have the option to connect the additional Metal Ground Spike (with 39.5 foot cable) directly to the earth. In this way, you can run the cable out the window and push the metal spike directly into the ground/earth outside the home. Please be sure to choose which option you want upon checkout.

First of its kind! Organic cotton and silver earthing pad. As you may have notice, most of the grounding/earthing pads on the market are rubberized, made with carbon and are synthetic, usually with a slight chemical smell. Just as my customers were asking me for microwave shielding baseball hats and ski beanies made from cotton rather than synthetic materials, so too have people been requesting a natural, nontoxic grounding/earthing pad. So here it is! Organic cotton with silver conductive fiber for excellent earthing/grounding while at the computer or sleeping.

The EMF Safety Zone earthing/grounding pad is very soft, with no chemical smell. Absolutely perfect for placing under your body in bed at night or at your computer desk. Folds up easily and is very portable. Yes, there are way less expensive grounding pads available, they are most often synthetic. This one is a bit more expensive because I chose to use organic cotton!

Instructions for Use: Simply connect one end of the cable onto the snap attachment on the grounding/earthing pad. Connect the other end of the cable into the round ground pin of the electrical outlet. The grounding pin only connects to the 'ground' in your home, not any of the electric fields. You may also purchase the optional Metal Ground Spike to run out your window and be pushed into the ground/dirt outside your home. This is an alternative.

Washing Instructions:

1) Gentle hand washing is best. Do not scrub hard or wring the fabric.
2) 
If you choose to use a washing machine, low temperature washing, less than 40°C (104°F)
3) 
Use only natural, non-chemical liquid or powder washing products.
4) Do not use bleach or hydrogen peroxide.
5) Do not hang dry fabric in the sun. Simply hang to dry in a well ventilated area.
6) Do not iron.
