If there is no radiation coming from below where your child sleeps, simply place the blanket over your child's body. Washing Instructions:

You should not need to wash the inner silver liner. For the outer cotton layer, use gentle, natural washing soaps and hang dry to prevent shrinkage.

If you must wash the inner silver fabric, gentle hand washing is best. Do not scrub or wring the fabric. If you use a washing machine, use low heat and cold or warm water. Use only natural, non-chemical washing products. Do not bleach or use hydrogen peroxide. Hang in dry in well-ventilated area, out of direct sunlight. Do not iron.
